Exposing Kids to Art

In an attempt to add a little culture to our lives, we like to occasionally visit the John Ringling Museum. Every time we go, we experience something different. Despite the rotating displays in parts of the museum, the rest of the exhibits are on permanent display. The kids have found their favorite sections and look forward to seeing those displays. On Mondays, the museum is free; however, there's still an entrance fee for the circus museum and entrance to the Ca'd'Zan mansion. It's a great way to feel okay about making a brief visit instead of feeling like you need to get your money's worth. Of course, the mansion and circus exhibit is a must if you have never been!
